Executive Director
Dr. Jing Ning graduated from Shanxi Medical College and initially worked as an internist at the First Teaching Hospital of Beijing University. She later earned both a master’s and a Ph.D. in Physiology from McGill University. Dr. Ning has held prominent positions, including Senior Scientist at a Canadian biopharmaceutical company and Senior Clinical Reviewer at the Health Products and Food Branch of Health Canada.
With a passion for community cultural and artistic activities, Dr. Ning brings years of management experience to her roles. She has served as a board member of the Mississauga Mandarin Association and as the deputy head of the Mississauga Chinese Arts Organization.
Since 2020, Dr. Ning has been a dedicated member of a choir conducted by Leo Li, where she has received rigorous professional choral training. In 2023, she co-founded the NeoVoce Philharmonic Choir with fellow choral enthusiasts and currently serves as the Executive Director. Under the leadership of Artistic Director and Conductor Leo Li, Dr. Ning continues to champion the diversification of choral arts and cross-cultural exchanges.

Pamela Li's journey is a beautiful blend of engineering precision and a lifelong passion for singing. She has diligently studied vocal techniques under the guidance of multiple vocal coaches, amassing extensive experience in both solo and choral performances. Pamela's leadership shines through her years of directing choirs and church ensembles, where her strong vocal skills and organizational talents have made a significant impact.

In early 2023, Pamela sought to further her professional training in choral conducting under the esteemed conductor Leo Li. Sharing a vision with fellow vocal enthusiasts, she co-founded the NeoVoce Philharmonic Choir, with the goal of establishing it as the premier Chinese choir in the Greater Toronto Area. Pamela continues to lead the choir with passion and dedication, striving for international recognition and bringing the beauty of Chinese choral music to audiences around the world.
Vice President
Jason Peng, graduated with an MBA in Accounting, currently works in the accounting department of a large multinational corporation in Brampton, Ontario. In his spare time, he enjoys music and is the co-founder and Vice President of the NeoVoce Philharmonic Choir, responsible for Finance, Publicity and Outreach Department.
Since 2018, he has participated in various performances in the Toronto area multiple times. In 2019, he won the runner-up in the “Youth Chinese Dream· All-Ages TV Talent Competition” in Toronto. In 2021, he was the winner of the Golden Microphone Award at the Toronto “Water Cube Cup” Singer Competition. He was one of the special guest performers at the Toronto Waterfront Magazine International Peace Film Festival in 2019 and 2020. He was also a special guest performer at the Mississauga Chinese New Year Gala in 2020 and 2023. In 2022, he was a top ten finalist in the third China "I Sing Teresa Teng" Song Contest.
Vice President
Yulin Wang currently serves as the Vice President of the NeoVoce Philharmonic Choir, and she is also a member of the alto section. She holds a master's degree in microbiology and an MBA certification.
Ms. Wang has an extensive background in education and has worked in various companies, focusing on the research, production, and management of fine chemical material products. She has held the position of general manager for many years, amassing significant management experience.
In 2023, Ms. Wang joined the NeoVoce Philharmonic Choir, where she currently oversees human resources, archival management, and logistics in the daily operation of the choir.
